Bayfield Trails
A dream for those that live for snowmobiling, this area offers 600 miles of groomed trails and over 1000 more miles of ungroomed trails, many in the form of forest roads.
Neighboring Ashland County offers an additional 194 miles of groomed trails to the east, and the Douglas County trail system has another 300 miles of trails to the west. The views are pristine all along with way, with over 400,000 acres of forest, the Lake Superior Scenic Byway, Ice Caves, Red Cliff, Moquah Barrens State Natural Area, Lake Namakagon and much more.
